Holy poop!  I just got word from Tony Janning (Neil) that The Legend of Neil was named in the Hollywood Reporter's Top 10 Webisodes to Watch!  Here's the full list:

I don't know if this is the order and we're number 7 because I have yet to see the article but if so, that would creep me out because I just received word that we're being picked up for 7 more episodes, and we're planning on premiering the new season at Comicon which is in July, the 7th month of the year.  And my birthday is in July.  And there are 7 colors of the rainbow and 7 deadly sins and I love rainbows and deadly sins!  And this makes 7 coincidences if you include the coincidence of their being 7 coincidences as one of the 7.

Don't forget that Episode 5 of Legend of Neil premiers tonight on AtomTV at 2am local time on Comedy Central.

Um... so I turned on the TV after a long day and as the picture fades from black I hear the Legend of Neil theme song!  Yup, I completely forgot to blog about Episodes 4 - 6 airing and for you east coasters this email is coming too  late (though I'm sure you already have it tivoed, right? RIGHT?)  So today at 2am watch The Legend of Neil episode 4 on Comedy Central, ep 5 is next week, and ep 6 is on the 24th.  And just a reminder ep 6 is not the SERIES finale, just the season finale!

Also the website continues to grow.  The press page just went up and there's a pretty sweet interview I did with gametrailers.com up there.  Also, I've fallen in love with your spouse, I hope that doesn't make it awkward between us.

We just recieved official word that The Legend of Neil season 2 will be picked up.  We don't know any other details, how many episodes, nothing.  So stay tuned!  Woohoo!  Let's all rejoice!  I'm rejoicing!

To all my lovers of the Legend of Neil.  Comedy Central is still in the process of deciding whether or not they want to do a second season, and I think we can push them over the edge by spreading the word about Neil and rewatching the episodes.  Episode 2 and Episode 5 are both on the verge of hitting 100K but they're a few thousand views short.  I'm meeting with CC on friday, so let's show em there's still life left in the series even though they're no longer showing it on their front page.  Neil by the way continues to be their most viewed series, but we need to show em that our fans are the best and most hardcore fans!  So if you can take a moment to watch 2 and 5 over again and then shoot an email to even 5 of your BFFs to tell them about the show, you'd be doing your part to ensure that we get another season.  Thanks!  -Sandeep

Due to a little hishap we have two winners for our 1000th Facebook Fan Prize.  Congrats to Ebeth Allen from Ohio and Calven Gayle from London!  You and the person that recommended you have all won autographed posters of The Legend of Neil!  How did we have two 1000th fans, you ask?  Well, apparently Calven became the 1000th fan and then someone dropped out (you fool!) and then Ebeth became the 1000th.  So we've got two 1000th fans.
